NMM crashes after SKSE installation

I used the non beta version for 1.3.

I wanted to install this mod here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=4862 , which needed SKSE.

I can start Skyrim normally using the standard launcher. I can start it using SKSE too. I tried to uninstall SKSE by deleting all the SKSE files, but that doesn't work.

 

Please help me! I don't want to have to install all mods manually! :C
