FOMM Crashing

So, just got my new PC up and running and wanted to get Fallout setup the way i wanted to again. Installed FOMM, Installed NVSE, downloaded all the mods I wanted to use this time around, booted up FOMM and changed the directories to where I have/want my mods. Opened up package manager, asks for username password, i enter ti and it freezes up. I reboot and try again a few times, same issue. I decide to continue without logging in and it moves along just fine, I try to add fomod, select no for copying and then it crashes. Here is my crashdump if anyone knows how to decipher, or has a link where I can go to read up on my issues.
