Who says they hate each other? Some races may have quarrels with others, but there isn't a large rift between each race. It may not be possible for all the races (besides imperial) to unify, but more than half probably...

I think the Dunmer would win, they have quanity, faith and they have a good defence becouse of their island. Remember WO II, it's a bit like britain. They also have a landing spot outside Vvarvendel.

Then their armour and tactics, it is alsways a mix of units and after the Imperials I think they have the best war tactics. Most soldier dunmer would be a bit veteran becouse of house wars and Dagoth Ur (You really think if it would be a real story the Neravarine did all).

The Imperium would be my second choice, but becouse of troubles in Cyriodil I think they have lost both morale and mobility to win a war.

The imperials would loose on the land tamriel and Cyriodil will lead to their down fall with it being surrounded on all sides. They have the worst position of all the races with their treat of an attack from all sides from all races. All of the other races only need to defend from three enemies at most. The imperials would be the first to go.

The Imperials would be the hardest to go. I would even dare to say they wont be defeated.

 

The Imperials contain enormous numbers, have more warfare tactics than any of the others and have an entire Empire to get reinforcements from.

 

You all say the dunmer will win... I say they dont have a chance to win. The dunmer is divived in 4 and even the 4th is sub-divived. How do you expect to be victorious if you cant even unite your people... The dunmer are divided into Redoran, Hlaalu, Telvanni and Tribal. The houses hate eachother and do nothing but fighting eachother. You cannot form an army of soldiers that are willling to kill each other. The tribals have seperated themselves from the other dunmer and became Ashlanders. As far as they are concerned there are Dunmer and Ashlanders.

 

They would be overrun from the beginning due their lack of unity.

Have you played the main quest? There it says that the dunmer houses are unified by a Hortator wich must gain the favors of houses in bad times. A war seems dangerous enough to me to choose a Hortator to lead the Dunmer forces to war.

 

Do not forget the curent lack of rulership in Cyriodill coruption will be the Empire's downfall. Havent you read in the game that the Emperor is drawing his forces to Cyrodil? This means borders will be less well defended. Rest in pieces imperials i'dd say :rip: .

The imprials do not have enormous numbers. If you look in the TES construction set you will see that there are less that 100 imperials in morrowind. Also the dunmer unite in times of war was stated by Ëlwe (Thingol). Their capital has the worst position. If you look at the empire Cyrodil is in the cemyer with all the other racial provences around them. If you are being attacke from all sides you would probably loose. Also just because they have more warfare tactics does not mean that they would win. The roman empire was destroyed even though it has better warefare tactics than many others. Since there would be many rebellions in all of the provinces of the empire their troops that they have sent out to the provinces would be killed with their small numbers compaired to the natives of the region. Once each province becomes independant the iperials would have a loss of man power trying to stop the rebellions in all of the provinces and if they tried to defend their fprts they would be the first to go. The imperials would have to flee into their capital to keel from defeat. Their capital os very weak being surrounded by all the others and when they all attack against the already weakened numbers of imperials the imperials would surely loose in the end. Their empire has spread so far that they could not stop a massive atack by any race. I would think that one race if they sent all their men against the imprials they would win. Alot of the imperails are not even in the capital and there would not be much of a resistance if they were to be attacked.

Sure they'll be together for some weeks, days... And then they'll just start acting where they can get the most benefit from.
