This is my list of mods, can anyone help me? What could the problem be? I'm new to this and I tried everything I found. I disabled the Map menu in skyui, I reinstalled the mods, I disabled a quality world map, but the issue still persist. I was hoping someone can enlighten me with their expertise.

I hope my laptop isn't a bottleneck here, I got an i7-6700hq, gtx 980m, 16gb ram, Win 10 64-bit, and the game and mods are installed on my ssd.

What exactly do you mean by "load"? If we're talking about loading screens on entering or exiting interiors or fasttraveling, 15-20s actually is quite fast for a heavily modded game. With a slightly weaker rig than yours (and no SSD) I sometimes get considerably longer loading screens...

 

EDIT: Sorry - I'm dumb. Didn't read the small word "map" in the topic title.

 

Looking at your load order, only thing I could imagine is a mod conflict - maybe SkyUI and iHud? Never used the latter, so no personal experience on that. Try to move SkyUI further up your load order. Normally, it isn't positioned as low as you have it. Other than tha - no idea ATM. Sorry again for misreading your title!
