Argonrath
So, I've retrieved the broken Azura's Star from Ilinalta's Deep and went back to the Shrine of Azura. Aranea asks me to give her the Star so that Azura can repair it. I say OK but Aranea's response is that she will commune with Azura as if I had said I'm not ready yet. And I still have the broken star in my inventory. I can't put the star on the altar because it's a quest item and cannot be removed from my inventory. Is there a bug? Or is there something I have to do before I can give the star to Aranea?
Rooker75
If I remember right, that's what she's supposed to say, then after a moment she tells you to "commune" with Azura and the god then talks to you directly and tells you the star is yours. Argonrath
You're right...I've fixed it now. That is what she is supposed to say but the star was remaining in my inventory and there was no communing with Azura. I reinstalled the game and it is working as it should now except... I'm getting an error message when I fast travel to Azura's Shrine. On arrival there a message box appears on the screen saying "WARNING: getMyHoldFactionControllerMarker() myHoldOwner property expected to be 1 or 2, instead have:0" It doesn't seem to affect game play but pops up. I'm guessing its something to do with which faction I'm aligned with (I haven't actually taken sides yet) but it only pops up after reinstalling the game. Any ideas... At least I can now continue with the Azura's Star quest
