Well, I have the same iritating issue and I uninstalled all my mods, as well as reinstalled the game. Nothing. I get the same error. I want to play the game! What is going on. I do not have ScriptDragon installed.

I know how your feeling, I was really panicking since this was the first game I've attempted to mod. I can imagine the tech people from this forum will suggest quicker ways to fix this but I deleted all the mod files from my game directory and really make sure you have. Then and I know this was inappropriate but I was really panicking at the time lol, so I deleted everything from the game directory and then deleted the empty folder itself from steamapps/common/skyrim just to make sure there was no mods left lol. I reinstalled the game and it was back to normal and now I'm slowly going back through the mods I had installed and seeing whats what after the update. Edited by ironopolis

I found the culprit. It was SkyBoost. Once I deleted the two files for that mod, the game loaded fine and all my mods are working.
