Remove the shroud from the Silver Shroud armor.

The silver shroud armor looks really fantastic. It's a beautiful in-tact long-length trench coat, the only model of it's kind in the game. The tail of it moves well with your character, folding around your legs when sneaking, billowing up when jumping, etc. However the chest has this large unappealing shawl that ruins the cool look the rest of the coat has. It would be nice if it could be removed, maybe a tie put in it's place, or just nothing but the black underneath.
