DanielLiswinski
DrakeTheDragon
Hmm, may I translate for you, before a moderator comes around locking it for not being in the primary language English as written in the rules?=(german)=Darf ich das für dich übersetzen, bevor ein Moderator hier rein kommt und den Thread schließt, weil es nicht in der in den Regeln vorgeschriebenen primären Sprache Englisch geschrieben ist? =(from the OP)=I'm currently writing a story which is a cross-over of Lord Of The Rings, Oblivion and fantasy books by Bernhard Hennen and Dennis L. McKiernan, and wanted to ask someone, once I'm done, if he/she could add it into the world of Oblivion. If anybody's willing to create me the model for the book, he/she can contact me any time. I'll send him/her the link to my work then.============ Can't be of much help in this regard myself, unfortunately. Never added a book into the game so far.=(german)=Leider kann ich sonst nicht sehr viel weiter helfen. Ich habe selbst bisher noch nie ein Buch ins Spiel eingefügt. DrakeTheDragon
Ah, so I didn't even have to do that for you, as you can do it yourself pretty fine. Well, but the few seconds it took me was definitely no time lost. But I've come to think of it. Can't you just create a copy of an existing book of your choice in the CS, and then paste your text into it? It'd keep its original appearance, mesh, texture, etc. so it'd be a fully functional book, and you won't have to do any modeling or stuff. The content editor for books, as far as I remember, was using something similar or related to HTML language anyways, just lacking the more-advanced-function tags of course, so it shouldn't be too difficult to get your text into a book yourself, even properly formatted and styled and such. There's sure an article about book creation around some of the modding schools at TES Alliance or at the CS WiKi or similar tutorial sites. I'm pretty confident you will be able to create your own book in no time this way. edit: Ha, what did I say? http://cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php/BookThat should get you started.
