Coursers now wearing synth uniforms and synth armor rather than Courser uniform

I assume one of my mods did this, but I tried disabling all the mods that affect armor and clothes, and I can't guess what other mod would be doing it? Heres my load order.

I had the same problem and still have, its because of the mercenary pack that edits the LLs, The only problem is that if you disable the Mecenary Pack, all the spawned coursers will still have the normal synth gear.

Hmph - I used to have Mercenary pack, and I never noticed that. Either I never made it to the Institute on those play-throughs (My game tends to crash before I ever finish the main quest), OR... and more likely... another mod I had re-overwrote it. I have at least two that modifies the courser uniform - CBBE (which just about everyone has), and also Vulgar Villains (so if VV is set after, then I get the courser uniforms from that instead, so i probably fixed this bug without even knowing it).
