patdafireman Posted March 27, 2017 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Okay, so here's my conundrum:Recently installed WOTC 1.3 (1.4 needs nuka world to work) and i'm absolutely loving it. There's an inbuilt feature to force faction hostility/non-hostility, which is a great idea!except it doesn't work.Doing the railroad missions, i noticed the synths that should have been hostile weren't. "No big deal," i said, i'll just reload, turn *auto faction non-hostility update* (which runs a check every minute making sure all the spawn factions such as Institute, RR and Bos are non hostile to prevent your settlements getting smashed) to disabled, and set the institute faction as hostile. Awsome. Synths immediately switched back into terminator mode and began lighting me up for about a minute, before abruptly deciding i wasn't worth the fusion cells and turning non-hostile. this repeated for several minutes of me going back into the WotC menu, setting institute hostile, and repeat. The *tips* in the WotC specifically state that for hand made changes to persist, set Auto non-hostility update to disabled, which i've done. uninstalled the mod, and now everything is as it should be, with the exception of the wasteland being a much more boring place.I really enjoyed this mod up until now, does anyone have any ideas?
