Hi all Can someone please help

Started playing Skyrim a month ago and thaught great another good game, alongside Oblivion, But allass the game is good but I find the visuals are realy bad for my eyes

I find, if I am on a street in one of the villages The first couple of houses stand out realy crisp and clean but beyond that every thing is out of focus, and it is

the same out in the wilds with the trees shrubs and mountains . Ive tride to correct this but assyet no luck. the problem I have is I have to leave the game every

20min or so to give my eyes a rest. I dont have this problem with Oblivion. My pc is running the game on high, at max resalution with no lagg at all infact it runs great. But the bad focussing is doing my head in. I have installed a couple of flora and tree mods whitch has improved the coulors greatly

But has done nothing to sharpen the distance wich is what i am realy trying to do. Can someone sugest what might help.

I had this problem too, in the first days of playing the game, but i was playing it like nonstop.

I was experimenting with FOV (field of vision) options, i cant remember now to what the default fov is set, but try to type in the console fov 100 or something like that.

Also i installed some graphical mods wich made the textures better, you should check them out.

Sounds like it could be your FOV which at default is about 65 I think. Type FOV 80 in the console and experiment with different number to suit.

It could also be the depth of field in game which you can turn off in the SkyrimPrefs (My Docs/My Games/Skyrim folder) ini by setting it to this:

bDoDepthOfField=0
