Skyrim sound problems

First off, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

 

I took a break from modding skyrim and came back to playing to be greeted by a very consistent and annoying bug that causes a few things;

 

- Footstep audio lag

- Choppy/super fast breathing

- NPC Dialogue cutout

- Player cuts out yelling while swinging a sword or what not

 

If anyone knows what mods could cause these things please let me know.
