Ok, well I solved my own problem... For those who have the same problem and who need help...here is the problem

Problem: caused by an un-updated scriptDragon

Cause 1: a new patch for skyrim

Cause 2: A person like myself who doesn't remember all the downloads he gets over the course of weeks, and is not aware that some files needs to be updated constantly, due to STEAMS lame forced update system...... (if anyone can figure out how to permanently prevent steam from updating the game, that would be hot sauce)

Solution: Download the latest version of script dragon http://alexander.sannybuilder.com/?category=other&altname=skyrim_script_dragon

Conclusion: These programs should be designed to Auto update themselves to keep up with steam, and to help out noob casual gamers who are not software savvy...
