thieves guild guildmaster

I always feel like im the only one actually doing things in the thieves guild. I was wondering if there is any mod out there that lets you send guild mates on missions after you become guildmaster. Kind of what delvin and vex give you for extra jobs.

Doesnt have to be anything too fancy. Just make one npc dissapear for a few days and return with some gold or jewels or whatever.

This sounds totally possible... you could implement a random chance of them failing as well, just to keep it interesting. Maybe make the odds of them failing and the rewards vary according to how "restored" the thieves guild is.

I've used Sokco's Guild Starter for things like this. You can recruit several NPCs to your Guild and one of the options is to send people off to steal for you. It has its quirks but it's a good mod and might be what you're looking for. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52871/?

hes looking for mods specificaly for the thieves guild though i think

however if sokco's guild starter mod can do it i'm 100% sure it can be implemented into the thieves guild and i would love to see it happen. gives you a reason to stick around the guild after you become guild master besides doing very annoying repetitive quests for delvin and vex. but yes i'm sure it can be done and i hope it is

You can use the Guild however you like. For example, I'm a member of the Thieves Guild and I just drop the Headquarters Marker (from Sokco's Guild Starter) in the Cistern area. Then, I equip the Recruiting Necklace and recruit all the members of the Guild in the Cistern. Speak to them and tell them to go steal things and bring them back. The success and length of time it takes for your members to come back all depends on your level progression through Guild Starter. There are many features in the MCM. You can recruit anyone, even Jarls. I like to recruit TG members, orphans and beggars to go steal for me. It's actually a very nice mod and can be used with many different character builds.

only problem with that is it can mess up stuff already in the game and you don't get and voice acting. if its implemented into the game as i said then you can use the vanilla voices for the characters for new dialgue for them.

True, full integration with voices, etc... would be ideal ,but until someone comes up with something like that, which is probably unlikely now that quite a few of the good modders seem to have moved on from Skyrim, this mod can do the basic job. As for messing things up, yeah, you don't want to recruit Jarls and break quests and such but It's possible if you want to.

There is another mod I've used called Guild Master but it doesn't have a thief option - just Slaver, Necromancer and Hunter's Guild. I've tried the former two Guilds and it's not bad but it does bug out sometimes. Anyway, I recommend Guild Starter to the OP until something better comes along.

ok yes thats a good point but most modders that moved on from skyrim went right back to skyrim special edition which u get free for pc if u have skyrim and all its dlc's anyway lol. also with guild starter i would wait till they implement more stuff for it to use it. it is pretty good now but i'd like the creator to add concequnces to failing missions before using it for actual guild stuff XD.
