Skyrim CTD on every 2nd loading screen?

As title says, my CTD's are very oddly specific. It only happens the 2nd time i load a new area. Not while I'm traveling, not if I use something, not while I'm fighting, nothing. 2nd area load, CTD.

 

The weird part is that after my mods were installed, everything worked perfectly fine. I load the game up today and this problem is consistent. I've already done a full reinstall of the game, SKSE, NMM and every single mod. I also seem to have a problem with my shield floating underneath my character. I've followed the tips that random google searches have provided to get rid of the problem, but nothing has seemed to work. I've ran the Duel Sheath Redux patch and added it in every time I messed with a mod, as well as running FNIS before starting the game.
