Skyrim crashes as soon as I power attack an enemy

So, recently, I was given the privilege to finally patch my game to 1.9 something-something, and very immediately after, I installed SKSE. First thing I did right after was go through a lengthy process of gearing my game up with RaceMenu, and a lot of other things to improve the look of female characters in Skyrim, so I could install this Preset Plugin called Raila for the Wood Elf race (you can check her out in the Nexus). I got a bit bored and was curious as to what I could do using the power RaceMenu could give me creating a character of my own. So that I did, using a build, Dragonslayer (courtesy of FudgeMuppet). I followed her main questline up a bit, on one occasion accidentally overwriting my Raila save (sadly... which would only mean I would just have to start her up, again), up to the point where I head on down the depths of Ustengrav to retrieve the Horn, find out that it's been stolen by Delphine (four years I've played this game, and I still consider that simple plot device a b&@*$-ass move), get it from her, and before heading to Kynesgrove to help kill Sahlokniir, I proceed to High Hrothgar to give them the Horn, not tell them anything about it being stolen by some ex-Secret Service with a f$#%ing katana, so that I can grab the last word for Unrelenting Force.

I stopped playing her at the point when I fast travelled to High Hrothgar. I saved, and exitted. Note that I had already had several issues with CTD's by then, but by then, my temporary, circumstantial solution was, once the game reached the point of having a 15-minute interval CTD, to shut down my laptop, let it rest for a tad bit, and once it was as cold as my hands when my first GF left me, I restarted my laptop, and opened up Skyrim to find out it was smooth sailing by then.

So, here's where the problem ACTUALLY starts.

So, yeah, like I said, I stopped playing my Dragonslayer build for a bit, exited the game, and after going through some stuff on the net, I finally got off my arse, and stuffed my Mirai follower mod into my Data folder. To test her out, I loaded up my main character, Roycibor Decimus which is a hybrid build of FudgeMuppet's Centurion build and a little pinch of my own obsession with the color red - what with the retextured, capeless Drakul Mod Armor on with the Imperial Gold Cloak, and the red hair and paint. The game had been working fine, and it didn't freeze in the middle of load screens, so I thought I was in the clear (back, then). I dismissed two of my three followers - Erik the Slayer, and Sofia - in Markarth and left with me Inigo, because who in oblvion doesn't love him?

So, the first time I observed this glitch is right when I arrive in Markarth, and head in. My character had been maxed out, completing both the Main Quest and the Dragonborn DLC, without taking a single step beyond the great, gold gates of Markarth, so, I went in, Longclaw (from the wonderful world of Game of Thrones) ready in hand, to keep Weylin from killing Margaret, because, we were both loyal to the Empire... why wouldn't I want to keep a sister's back?

A second before the killing animation prompts my character to stab Weylin in the back - right before I'm about to penetrate his digestive system through the spinal cord with Longclaw (ironically, betraying what the original wielder of said sword was against) - the game crashes to desktop. Dismissing this as another regular CTD (the 15-minute interval one, though I'd only recently, by then, rebooted my laptop), I have a second go at the bugger, to no avail, as it still CTDs. At the third attempt, I resorted to using console commands to kill him, hoping in some manner, the glitch would stop there. So, it didn't glitch and I went straight up the path, dismissing Erik and Sofia on the way, to find Mirai arguing with her friend Shin, as the mod starts and therefore indicates that it's working.

So, I let them finish their argument, revealing that Mirai's facing some M&D issues, with only a guy in Novice robes to help her, which therefore led me to talk to her out of concern. We both shared the same problem of ambiguity with parents, what with her being written as she was, and me with a rather... complicated unknown familial origin. As the mod page warned me, she was written as the typical Tsundere character, common in most anime, which is shown in her first reaction to me speaking to her: giving me the cold shoulder, which makes sense, because "Don't talk to strangers". But then, I realized before a minimum two people friends, they were strangers, so, in order to be allowed to help her, other than actually revealing to her that I'm the Dragonborn, I've saved Skyrim from getting a-probed by Alduin, and the Dragons getting leashed by Miraak, I let her task me to find something for her. She doesn't tell me what it is, and that it's nothing of value, only that it's something important to her. Conveniently, enough, what she wanted me to find was southeast of Markarth, which meant I could easily get there by way of Karthspire, so I fast-travelled to the latter location.

Given that it was some (in-game) time after I last visited Karthspire, I arrived there seeing it refilled with a bunch of Forsworn. Seizing the opportunity to enjoy the glory of battle, I entered the frey, Longclaw in hand, ready to strike at a summoned Frost Atronach, but, so suddenly, like the Nine wanted to have a go at pissing me off, I crash, right before I'm able to land a blow at above-said Atronach.

I've rebooted the game three-four times already, and the problem yet persists. I tried my restart method, which didn't work. I've tried fixing my load order, and waxing ITM's off of The Eyes of Beauty mod through the TESVEdit tool, nothing seems to work.

I'll try reloading my other saved games, seeing if the problem's exclusive to that saved game, only, or not. In the meantime, I'd appreciate it, if any of you kind souls could help me with my problem. I'll be closing this post with my Load Order. If you need my specs, just reply if you need them, if you're willing to help me, just... don't laugh. I know, I play Skyrim on some pretty old tech, especially a laptop, but, ever since I started playing it, as long as the graphics were on Low, the game worked fine as a fiddle, though I could still deal with some of the lag.
