Louis Letrush and the bandits of skoomas, unnamed, can't talk or interact with

Alright guys, I have do it the quest to kill the bandits who made skooma and I could not search they body, I ignored. Now, I try it to talk with Louis Letrush and he have no hame, can't interact, nothing, I already desactivated all my mods and even the DLCs and don't worked.

 

If you guys can help, please, I need so much.
