Skyrim Legendary Frequent CTD When Running Around

Hi, I am having frequent CTD when I do some running around in my new save. I will be fine for a while and then crash unexpectedly and was wondering if there is a reason for this?

It happens most whilst outside of whiterun (i used the alternate start mod where I begin in whiterun). While inside the city I had a few hiccups but not nearly as frequently as when I run around the wild and try to forage alchemy ingredients.

 

I am not 100% sure of my specs but I took a look at the How to Ask For Help thread and this is what I came up with-

 

Display Drivers- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Processors- AMD FX -6300 Six-Core Processor

I have 8GB of RAM and have 543 of 931 GB free on my harddrive.

My game is installed under steam>steam apps>common>skyrim

I have the legendary edition and my game is completely UTD

 

I am using v1.3.11 of Mod Organizer, and I have LOOT and SKSE up to date as well.
