[WiP] Lost Isles

Will begin to start when Creation Kit has been released.

 

Coming in Beta:

 

Adding the main Isle (Isles of the Forgotten)

Popultating the Isle of trees,grass,rivers (if any), Animals, Monsters

Adding the first town as well as the harbor to get from Skyrim, to the Isle

Adding the first quest to get you more familer with the setting.

As you can see the center where the main town is, the brown outlines is the walls of the town, will be stone in skyrim, and to the west, the mage guild.

Texture artist for Armours and Monsters

Animations for the new Monsters

 

Another way to start:

hopefully after poking aroundthe new Script system might be able to alfter the beggining quest to "ignore" the main quest line of Skyrim till later on, Pre Dragon-born as we might call it. Which then once finishing the Isles will bring us to the Skyrim main quest line at a higher stage, more powerful monsters. This can be chosen to either start the normal by choosing a series of starts perhaps.

 

First Town:

Well be tested as a NON seperate cell to see how it runs.

Adding a Black Smith, General Shop, Alchemy, Mage Quarter, Warrior Quarter, Assisian/Archery Quarter.

Small Island will be to the west, featuring Mage Guild of the Forgotten.

 

Mage Guild of the Forgotten:

Offers a new quest line with a new Arch Mage or even a mage that is the overseer of all others.

New Spells, Items, Scrolls, Armor.

 

Possible First Isle in the Expansion - Isle of Time (or a better name, open to ideas)

Possibe of taking back to a Oblivion gate type crisis, but on a different land,which will have a different story line behind it.

Maybe one of the Demora princes have returned to finish with has been failed 200 years ago.

Added poll on what type of water whould be the setting, Skyrim Ice, or plain normal Lake/Ocean water.

Poll will last 1 week, ending on 2/10/12

Adding Portal Spells; with this will remove fast travel and force for your to use higher magic spells to travel (which are from the new college.)

Main town will be a populated, trade based town, so expect to see a lot of people, shop keepers, more then one house to own and upgrade.

Possibly add Boats to own, making sea life mroe interesting for those who like to sail.

Adding "Courier" based side jobs, meaning transporting goods, people, or even the occasional escort a higher class person.

Become a Jarl's right hand man or maiden (depending on who you are) guarding them and the city from incursions.

Become a Jarl or High King of the Isles and have law YOUR word.
