T00LK1D
Hi again :3 I really hate my Problem here.Yesterday, I updated to 1.4---> I ran Skyrim on High/Semi-Ultra without any Lags or Problems. But today, I started it and it Lags again....I've even deleted all mods that enhance or otherwise modify the Shaders. Its still Lags. There is something odd about this lagging.....it lags everytime, when my CPU-Usage on the Taskmanager is refreshing (Every Second). Is there something wrong with my CPU? Its really annoying, since it could as well be a problem with some Files, since it ran perfectly yesterday.
CasperTheLich
you might want to check your GPU. that seems like what i was going through before my graphic card started to meltdown. now i can't run any game without my system shutting down on me. Deleted3861456User
you might want to check your GPU. that seems like what i was going through before my graphic card started to meltdown. now i can't run any game without my system shutting down on me. I have experienced the same. First when patch 1.4 came, FPS boosted up. Then after two days lagging started. First in particulary places, then everywhere. I tried a lot, but in the end did a complete re-install of skyrim and Operative system. Now, the lagging has kind of dissappeared. But I got a new SERIOUS problem. I`ve set all settings to high in game launcher (8 x AA, 16 Antisotropic filter) + superadaptive AA in ATI CCC. But in game it looks like the graphic from a 20 year old computer. The threes on a distant looks like a greenpiece of gel. there`s no texture on my armor or anywhere else. Everythings just blurry. It doens`t matter if I set it to low. My game doens`t respond to changing the display settings. ATI drivers are updated and I`ve tried several ones. Yes they are properly installed. I`ve also done a furmark test with my ATI Radeon HD 5850 and it scores like it should on stock values (around 3000p on a 60s "720 benchmark" test) So what is exactly wrong here? If my graphic card had a meltdown, then I wouldnt be able to do a furmark test right? Is it my CPU? Or perhaps motherboard? The CPU has been clocked, but now I`ve reset the BIOS to default values. No changes :( I don`t think it is Skyrim related due to fresh install of both Skyrim and windows 7. I have not added any tweaks to ini files nor any mods to the game.I know I should have tried other games but haven`t got so far yet. I wish I could put in a screenshot, but looks like 250K is the max size. And that doesnt show much. But I`m frustrated and 2 minutes away from buying a complete new rig.
