What is the key for the in game blur effect?

When you take a picture in skyrim there is a button you press while in console mode that gives you a blur effect or dof whatever you call it what the heck is that button. I used to know it and now I forget and i looked for 30 minutes on google and it;s no where to be found.

 

Edit: it does not work when using a controller and the button is tab and you need to have the hud off by typing in tm and then press tab to get the effect.
