The camera is linked to the position of the "head" by default. I've not used XRE or any of it's various implementations, but from the DL page description: "Ability to move and rotate XRO elements independently (50%)". That suggests you are confused into thinking the XRO (XR Object, i.e. the Vertibird in this instance) is linked to your HUD. Suspect you need to read the documentation, or discover how to do that again. Otherwise you have to control the "vertibird" heading independently of where you look.

But that is just an educated guess.

Also noticed you are not using a "bash/merge patch" file, which is a necessity with that many plugins. (LOOT does recognize the ".ghost" extension and thus does show such files without a "mod index" number. But, without a "bash patch" you don't have "file ghosting", so all those "inactive" plugins are counting against your plugin cap.) Move them out of the "Data" folder, especially unused optional files like "Permanent_Weapon_Shells_Heavy.esp", "Permanent_Weapon_Shells_Light.esp", and "Permanent_Weapon_Shells_Medium.esp" which shouldn't have been installed in the first place. (You are supposed to choose only one option and install only that file.) Recent mod additions pushing you over that limit could account for why things suddenly stopped working as before. Please see the "Smaller Plugin Cap" section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article for a fuller explanation of this limit.

i did read the description, and you must've skipped the part where it says "using a an engine alongside of the game's engine", so not all camera actions is linked to the position of character's head when you're using the vertibird. camera follows the actions of the vertibird when you're riding it, which in my case it's supposed to but it does not.

oh, i didn't know that inactive mods fill up the plugin cap. i removed those from my data file but nope, that didn't work either.
