On my mod i am working on i am laying down the land and i still have watered areas and i was wondering if it is possible to autofill the entire region instead of haveing to use flatten vertices and go thru every cell using flatten vertices. please reply it is boring doing it the way i am doing it

Only by using the heightmap editor... But that usually ends up either crashing the CS (if you have less than 2gb RAM), or just ruining the land you've already worked on. Depending on how much you already have done, you may be better off just adjusting the land manually and building as you go. The heightmap editor, if you can get it to work, is usually best used only in the initial phases of a project where crashing or loss of existing work is less of an issue.

 

The advantage to manually building land is that you only create the cells which have been altered, so figuring otu where edges of regions, or where your settlements are is a bit easier.

Thanks, but where can I find this heightmap editor? I am gonna test it on one of the regiosn I havent started yet. I have already started my mountain region. And do you know a tutorial on how to use it? because i have 2047 Gigabytes of RAM. Thanks.
