GrimReapers1 Posted April 3, 2017 Share Posted April 3, 2017 I mean surely SOMEONE in The Institute would be interested, you'd think. If not that then Doctor Duff or Professor Scara perhaps? They're the ones who come to my mind as the most logical candidates outside The Institute. There may be others who'd make sense whom I haven't thought of or yet encountered but it seems rather odd to me that literally no one else in the Commonwealth (or the GAME for that matter) gives more than a 1 cap shart about the technical documents, at least.
