AdonisBatheus Posted April 4, 2017 Share Posted April 4, 2017 I know one exists for the old Skyrim, but I'm struggling to find any hair retextures for Skyrim: Special Edition that are more suited to me. Bed Head just makes the hair far too rough for me. I want characters to look like they have access to water and brushes, but not conditioner, shampoo, curlers, and hairdryers like Apachii hairstyles. Bed Head is too rough, Apachii is too perfect. I guess I'm just picky. Would be nice to have something Superior Lore-Friendly Hair for SSE. But even new meshes that are just updates of Vanilla hair meshes would be amazing--they're really boxy looking. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you just want retextures however, I looked around but found none that neither you or I would enjoy (I am picky too). The author of Superior Lore-Friendly Hair hasn't been online since 2015 so the chances of getting a port to SSE are low. However, I looked around in the comments and you might be able to get the straight, less saturated version to work for SE. I haven't tried this myself though. EDIT: Hallgarth's mod apparently uses the vanilla textures so if you do manage to find a retexture mod for the vanilla hair, it will also effect these hairstyles.
