Pumping Iron (Skyrim Mod) - Fallout 4 version

Have anybody ever downloaded "Pumping Iron" for Skyrim?

 

if so then you would know that when you first start off as a scrawny dude its quite funny & awesome because if you use a certain skill like smithing or one-handed weapons your character tends to build up muscle & become buffer Its a freak'n awesome mod & i love it

 

so i was hoping someone can ask the mod author for permission to make a Fallout 4 addition it would be great to start of as a scrawny character then become buff over time from heavy useage due to power armor & carrying big loads of items, weapons, clothes & all other sorts of stuff.

 

i would mod but i don't know a damn thing about coding or programming & for that matter i give my thanks to baby jesus for modders

The core of Pumping Iron is using the SetWeight() SKSE function. There is no equivalent function in vanilla Fallout 4. We'll have to wait for it to be ported to F4SE (which has only recently released hotkey related functionality).
