LE Activate Button

So, I don't know if this exists or not, but I had an idea on how to change the Activate Button works. Instead of picking up armor, you would equip it when you press the button. Instead of picking up food, you eat it there. This will be helpful for people with mods that decrease carry weight, and enhance immersion. I've searched for a mod like this, but haven't found anything. If it exists, let me know.
