Resized Generator Attach Points

If you resized it in Nifskope, the collision is gonna be the same size as the original. The collision mesh is what decides placement issues. You need to remake the collision with 3ds max 2013 (and Bethesda's plugin), or use a "close enough" collision from an existing mesh.

 

To move the attach point, edit the translation value of the connect point(s). It's in the detials of the BSConnectPoints block.
