Cannot target anything with console

I know there have been previous posts regarding this but my problem is a little bit different.

I read the other posts,tried 1st/3rd person modes but cannot target anything,not the player,nor objects/items/npc/anything.

Manual commands using refid works fine but targetting via console just doesn't work.

Mostly 2 set of digits show while i click everywhere on screen(ex-xxxxxxxx/yyyyyyyy).

Previously,it was working fine but now it just doesn't seem to work.

What should i do?

Hmm... are you using any first person or camera mods? I had something like this some time ago. Turned out it was a mod changing first person perpective.

Agreed. Pretty much any camera customization mod I've ever installed gave me greef when it came to click targeting things in the console. RefID command would of course, in such a scenario -- remain functional.
