nastrogogi
Hi (or Hello)!I want to ask help with my load order. Iam trying to install plugins for F4. But near 255 mods, I cant handle with my load order. Game CTD or just cant find main .esms. What to do? Trying to use F4edit and LOOT for finding errors, but all my actions for nothing. Poor knowledge in eng language do not allow me to fully understand some difficultie instructions.
ibldedibble
Hi there! If you get CTDs then you have most likely reached the maximum amount of mods you can have. If I remember correctly, it's 255 .esms and .esps together. Anymore and the game won't understand what to do. I recommend you merge some mods using FO4Edit, Elianora has made a fantastic tutorial on how to do that here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kh3Msli07UgJust try to focus on simply merging small mods/tweaks, otherwise you might run into issues. Hope that helps! //Dibble
nastrogogi
Thanks for reply. Game cant find F4.esm and DLC.esms o_O . Last 4 times Ive install 255 mods all works not so good but.Already use her tutorial. Merged all weapons http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11427/? into master file of this mod. I read about merging mods that must be "simple" but cant fully understand that. For example, localization fixes and light tweaks can be properly merged? ibldedibble
I read about merging mods that must be "simple" but cant fully understand that. For example, localization fixes and light tweaks can be properly merged? What I think is meant with "simple" is that it's small mods. Mods that add one or two new weapons or mods that change a few settings. Not big quests mods or mods with lots of scripts and such because they might touch on the same things and there might/will be problems if that occurs. (I might be wrong, but that's how I understand it.)
