is there a mod out there?

i was able to progress, though I was impatient, rather than looking for the specific item, I used the "witchcraft" console command. and everything has been cleaned up except the quest items. Would someone be able and willing to update the mod for making quest items drop-able? the only mod for that that I saw is only updated to 1.22. Or if there is a mod that creates a separate tab for quest items all together rather than sharing the pane with "other"

 

Better yet a mod that removes the restriction for quest items so they can be dropped,: paired with a ui change that allows us at a stash to transfer everything at once
