Dan3345 Posted February 5, 2012 Share Posted February 5, 2012 So my question for you guys, is steam down? Because I cannot get on steam through the steam store, community, or profile. I can only get to my library which is good because I can play my games but bad because when kingdoms of amalur comes out on Tuesday I can't buy it to play it... The interesting thing is even when I try and get on steam support through internet explorer or firefox it says that the page cannot be displayed. On the steam client itself I get error 101. Halororor Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 The Steam client uses Internet Explorer and its settings to browse. I used to get the 101 error and couldn't see anything from my PC except my library. Then someone told me to check whether the settings in IE is set correctly, and after fixing it, my Steam worked again. Can't remember what I did to fix it, though.
