Fallout Crossover mod?

Ok, so recently I've finished reading the Hunger Games and I though that the country that the book takes place in known as "Panem" which is in the U.S. (or what's left of it) sound like something you'd find in everyone's favorite post-apocalyptic wasteland. Yeah there trees and non-mutated animals but in my defense "Oasis, Fallout 3" and "Point Lookout". So, what I was thinking was maybe a Hunger Games/Fallout crossover quest mod? It starts off with you getting an assignment from whatever faction you're best friends with (NCR, Legion, Mr.House, or Yes Man) to go and recon the area up north (Canada maybe?). You take the assignment and the screen fades black. It fades back in with you arriving near an unknown trail leading up to a fence that says "DO NOT ENTER! DISTRICT 10". You and a few other members from your faction bust the gate down and stroll on in and arrive to the settlement of District 10. You are shortly informed about what the Hunger Games are and see a small 12 year old boy peing picked as a contestant for the Hunger Games. Being appalled by this you volunteer to take his place and go instead of him. You then are separated from your gear and companions and then soon board the train to the capitol city. On the train you are briefed about the hunger games and arrive in the capitol. You get to roam around and meet the contestants as well as the stylists and trainers. After you are instructed to rest before the interview. After resting for whatever amount of time you are taken to the interview.

 

Part 2-

You then find yourself on the elevator ride down into the arena. After the alarm sounds you race in and round up whatever items you can after everyone scatters (you didn't rush in because the door to your elevator was jammed). You follow a quest marker until you meet Katniss (The protagonist of The Hunger Games). After getting acquainted you team up and get several quests like kill this person, or hunt for food and after completing a few you meet up with Katniss once again to see she teamed up with a little 12 year old girl named Rue (also important in the book). you then devise an escape plan. You collect a shard of mirror and use it blind the vertibird pilot that collects dead bodies. He then is forced to land and you ambush him and steal the Vertibird and pick up Katniss and Rue. You fly outside of the fence of District 10 and meet up with your faction team. You convince the settlement to start a rebellion and reclaim your gear and take down the peacekeepers of District 10. The rebels inform you that they will send word to the other districts and you take the train back to the capitol. You then begin to plan the assault on the capitol and an anonymous source tells you of a powerful weapon stored in the armory that will be a key asset to the liberation. Afterwards the assault begins and you break into the armory and steal the weapon you needed (Euclid C-finder). The capitol breaks out their secret weapon which was a pre-war U.S. tank. and you use archimedes II to destroy it and the continue your assault. You kill the capitol leader and are shown the ending (based on what faction you are with gives you a certain ending. NCR= Liberation and becomes NCR territory, Legion= Everyone is crucified and everything is burnt to the ground, etc.,).
