Urwy
Opinions? :) 1350 verts... And texturing it will be a piece of cake since it unwraps beautifully! :D Reference: http://www.fableblades.com/Photos/Assorted/La%20Fleur%20De%20Lys%20D.jpg Edit:Btw, Draco, How do i prevent the Subsurf modifier from rounding off edges? since it smooths the edge between the blade and the guard, creating a hole :/I'd like to sculpt it, but cant when subsurf destroys my model >.>Nevermind :P Solved it XD Edited February 13, 2012 by Urwy
AnonDraco
have you baked the normals and applied the normal map for low vertex model to see how the normals bake? i suggest you do that. possible trouble points are where the model has near 90degree angles.Anyways, pretty nice work. the tip of the blade seems pretty blunt tho.. xyks
Is this team working on dragon mounts? It seems pre-ck everybody igured that somebody would be working on that once the ck is out, until now I haven't found anybody trying to get it done however. Please tell me I'm wrong ;)
AnonDraco
Didn't our scriptes say that it would be their priority no1? i'm done for the day. here's the progress. not much done today... reworked the pommel. tweaked some points and started sculpting.
