Game keeps crashing and I have no idea what could be causing it.. plz someone help as I am new to modding

I am also in this predicament My computer has just been renewed with a new Hard Drive But now i cannot access my Steam game ,I can login to Nexus But not into Steam. The guys at steam say i dont have an account But i have 10.000 plus hours on my steam game.I have been a member for 5 years.
