UNP for most NPCS, and CBBE for some?

Im trying to make my followers follow the CBBE presets with the UNP preset as the default for everyone else. I already have UNP installed. Is this possible to make either all followers or even just specific npcs use the CBBE body type?

If we're talking about custom followers, no problem: You can simply create a body preset you like, build it in bodyslide and copy the meshes to the follower's folder. Same can be done with textures. Since CBBE and UNP have different UV maps, you will have to use an UNP texture for UNP meshes and a CBBE one for CBBE meshes.

Unfortunately, you will have to do this for every follower separately. But it's just copy & paste...

If you want to change vanilla followers, you can maybe use existing NPC replacers that add a body option (e.g. Bijins replacers).

Alright. that sounds great but I forgot to mention is this possible using Skyrim SE?

I don't play much SE at the moment, so I only got a single custom follower there. Tested it and it worked. The folder structure is practically identical to "Oldrim".

Bodyslide and the UUNP bodies it provides work perfectly in SE - excpet for the HDT versions of course. I didn't find any issues with "Oldrim" textures I copied over manually. Never tried the classic CBBE in SE myself, but it's reported to be working, too.
