LE Weapon and shield request

I was browsing a weapon website and came across a couple awesome looking swords and a weapon hold I thought would make great additions to Skyrim but I am am not a modder by any means to say the least :(.

Here are a a couple links to the sword and the weapon plaque I thought would make a great shield.

 

Kit Rae Valermos Sword Damascus 40" I picture the hilt in gold with a black leather grip in one and two hand and maybe even craftable.

As I said I have no experience in making this kind of mod but think they would be awesome additions and this site has a bunch of nice looking swords, shields and more.
