Generating Spreadsheets of Dialogue Lines

As an avid language learner, I'm using Skyrim to study Japanese, Spanish, and German.

 

I have very little experience even looking at the files that go into making a game but still somehow managed to generate lists of the dialogue for different languages... The problem is that I can't figure out a way to make a spreadsheet with dialogue lines and their respective audio filenames side by side.

 

Does anyone know how I might generate lists of both dialogue lines and audio filenames in side-by-side columns of a spreadsheet?

 

I'd even be willing to pay someone a bit to help with this.
