CTD at Dawnstar/randomly

I've been having a problem lately where I CTD randomly, but most noticeably around Dawnstar, which is pretty cool since I have (to my knowledge) no mods that affect Dawnstar at all. I've been slowly unchecking everything that I think could cause any kind of crash, including most of my scripted mods-- like ineed, smilodon, etc, but there doesn't seem to be much changing. I also heard that instead of grey face, SSE will just sometimes crash when an npc is borked, so I got rid of most of my NPC editing mods.

I think I'm just missing something very obvious. I use LOOT and create a new character for each test. Is there anything in here that would cause this?
