Rex7Dragon95 Posted February 7, 2012 Share Posted February 7, 2012 (edited) if ya don't want to spend too much money on a video card buy a 5670 1GB ddr5 version im running a 4670 and with a AMD Athlon X2 64 skyrim runs just fine on high the only problem is the my cup bottleneck my video card when i put on ultra as long your cpu is faster than 2.10Ghz should be fine and best buy has a XFX - Radeon HD 6750 1GB DDR3 for $109 on sale right now don't know how long tho good luck Edited February 7, 2012 by Rex7Dragon95 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
IanEG Posted February 7, 2012 Share Posted February 7, 2012 I have used a GTX580 for quite awhile now. For me its the best single GPU card on the market in terms of performance against price. I'm really happy with it and is worth every penny. Skyrim on max settings with a decent rig is a breeze with the 580. There is a faster ATI card but its a noisy power hungry monster so I would steer clear of it. Also all ati cards have lousy driver support Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
