Skyrim start scene frozen

Hello, I've encountered an issue that I can't seem to fix. In the start of the cinematic at the start of Skyrim the game is frozen and bugged as seen here in the picture. I can't upload a decent picture due to the 250kb file size, sorry for that. The game works good and

no problems without mods, but with the mods it bugs. This is my load order of the game:

Have you used LOOT to check your load order and possible errors?

 

Also I don't think you need to have all of the DLC unofficial patches if you are going to have the Legendary Patch.
