Help! I don't know how to run the ASIS skyprcoc

I don't know how to run the ASIS skyproc which is really annoying cause the mod sounds like a must, I looked for guides on the internet but couldn't find anything so here I am. Any help is hugely appriceated

I installed Java, and went to the file and tried to run it and it said it was missing ASIS dependency, I realized I needed to run it through MO since I am using it so I tried to but something is still missing

 

I'm pretty sure the executable is wrong somehow, right now it is set up like this

 

Binary-C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_121\bin\java.exe

 

Start in-m Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\SkyProc Patchers\ASIS

 

Arguments-nothing, I'm not sure what this does though I wouldn't be surprised if it is what's wrong with the setup
