custom shout voices have lower pitch or a short delay

as the title says when i give my character custom shouts there is a small pause after the shout. like FUS -> visual effect starts -> after 3 seconds RO DAH

i listened to the files in the creation kit and they sound a little different in game. they are slower and with lower pitch.

an example of the files i used: \sound\voice\skyrim.esm\crdragonvoice\voicepowers_shout01a_0010f4b0_1.fuz

i copied those and pasted them in my maleeventoned folder.

i realize some mods give you this effect on purpose but i dont have such mods installed.

 

i need to make the sound sync up correctly to the animation and visual effects, any ideas?
