Omegacron
In the vanilla game, we often see a yellow construction lift/elevator that goes up several stories and back down by pushing a red button. Examples are at the Mass Pike Interchange (where the raiders' base is up in the freeway), or when escorting Strong & Rex down the building during the quest "Curtain Call". I'm trying to find a mod that includes a functional version of that yellow lift for settlements. Does anyone know if such a mod exists?

Check these out, they're only two places but, http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21356 . Maybe someone will do a stand alone version.

I don't know if this is still relevant for you; but https://rd.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24678 this mod allows you to place the lift you're looking for (including multiple other variants; even working crane bridges can be placed). Simply place a "powerlift" at the top and a "call lift" button at the bottom and you're good to go. You can even program the speed of the elevator with your pipboy.
