LE Skin Texture for CBBE

Hey guys.

 

A few days ago I saw an amazing skin texture for CBBE but I can't find it here or with google, i find it just on some chinese page i dont undersatnd anything and don't know how to download or install.

Somebody knows how to get those textures? Or can someone make such textures? They look amazing.
