Notification messages displaying 15-20 messages at a time rather than 4

so normally the notification window only shows 3-4 messages at a time; you spam buy some stuff, eat ingredients, whatever, and it will cycle through each notice, only displaying 3-4 before they drop off. Well this play through I now am getting like 15 or more messages which completely blocks my inventory when I do a spree of buying or ingredient sampling. I was utilizing my Ordinator "experimenter" perk to learn all the effects of my ingredients and it's covered my screen entirely. I've never had this issue before. Anyone know what mod is causing this? Here's my load order. Thanks.
