Satoshi_Yuki
Wouldnt be be possible to create somekind of program or script that can only affect the player character and NPCs animation and such when the lycanthropy is activated?
LoginToDownload
I suppose, by manually moving the folders about, you could get it so all NPCs, only have werewolf-animations when the player is in werewolf-form. Actually, don't quote me on this, but I seem to recall it being possible to alter the player's animations independent of the NPCs'. If that was the case, and you did that and manually moved the animations, you could rig it fine for the player. NPC-werewolves would still move around like normal NPCs, though. But I don't imagine you can really release something like that publically, since it requires dragging Oblivion/Data files around every time you went from wolf-form to human-form or vice versa, even if one did make new animations, and I couldn't tell you how to do it yourself, even if you had Morrowind and the animation files were compatible, due to a lack of knowledge on my part. LoginToDownload
Definitely possible with some scripting, (Say, by giving you a bit of "experience" every time you claw someone, and Curse of Hircine already half-incorporates willing transformations) but what do you mean allowed? You can do just about anything you want to someone else's mod for personal use, but I have no idea when it becomes "okay" to upload changes to an abandoned mod like Curse of Hircine.
