Nuka-World Final Quest Revisited

Hello,

I have a request from any who would have the knowledge reedit the last main quest in Nuka-World "The Grand Tour" In this, quest (if you haven't yet played) one of the raider gangs (Disciples, Pack, and Operators) that gets the least parks turns on you.
I desire to keep all of the gangs together while being respectful to the Overboss which is your Character.

My thought of redesigning "The Grand Tour" is instead of one of your gangs turning on you, A group of Gunners have taken the power plant so you and your gangs have to infiltrate and kill the Gunner Commander which has the key that gets you into the room with the button that starts the power back up. The rest of the quest is like the usual be not about any of the gangs turning on one another.

 

My other thought if anyone is into a more of a challenge is that instead of having five parks, how about six parks? This way if you give an equal share of the parks to the three gangs this will trigger the Gunners instead of a betrayal.

Please if anyone has the knowledge to do this it will be highly appreciated.
