How to load a fos. file saved on PC,,

I have reached the first lift in the Institute and have the red life form helmet mod installed,

I have an auto save from outside the CIT that would be perfect to fallback on, but its not on the saved game list.

Is there any way to load this fos. file?

You should be able to see the save by pressing "t" on the load menu and then select "show all character" (or whatever it's called). You might have to scroll down a bit. Or you could try the console command "load (name of the save)"
