Magic Effects on weapons?

Hello ! I Wanted to ask if someone had ever made a mod where using a Bash attack with a weapon or a shield generated a spell like fireball or Firebolt, if so can anyone give me a link for it, I'm playing as a Breton BattleMage With a Two Handed Silver GreatSword(Modded For Damage, Same as Ebony) So I just wanted to know if someone had already created something like that. Check out "Summermyst-Enchantments of Skyrim". I believe it has some enchantments that will cause an effect such as you describe. There also may be other mods that add different enchantments to SSE that you can use to enchant weapons that will give an explosive or lingering fire effect.

Thanks you I already fond one with the mod ordinator in the enchanting tree is a perk called spellscriber that let you Saverio the l'asta dualcastel spell and use it when power attacking
